Tips on Dating – What to Give that Special Someone for Christmas ??

Okay I know what you all are thinking !! Why in the World are we talking about Christmas right now on this Blog ? Well, October is really the month where people start talking about Christmas and more importantly when retailers start to prepare to unleash their Holiday products and get ready for the huge shopping mania that accompanies it.
Right now is really a good time to start taking a mental check list by asking your significant or potential significant other what different kind of things do they like in Life. No, I am not talking about Roses and boxes of chocolate. Save that for February. Rather, I am talking about asking that person if they like a particular type of jewelry. Or what is there favorite type of blouse and favorite color. Women can ask their men about things that are related to maybe sports. Hopefully you know there favorite Team but if you dont make a concerted effort to find out and then put it in your Memory bank. And maybe go online to look for sports memorabilia related to your Man’s favorite Team. This ALWAYS makes a good gift.
The important thing I wanted to address today is to start preparing by making an effort to observe your Man or Woman and make notes about the things that they like in Life or the things that get them excited.
Personally, I have found the very worst thing you can do is wait til Dec. 22 and try to find out then. Please save yourself the headache and stress and go ahead and prepare for your Christmas List for your significant other right now.
And if you say that you just want to be a Scrooge and forget all of this then you have a warped sense of reality. Because lets face it Christmas is a time of giving and your partner in most cases will be expecting something that will make them excited.
So dont try to fight it !! 
Go with the Flow and you will be in like Flynt !!

Tips on Dating – Are Bars and Clubs the Worst Place to Meet Someone of Quality

Okay, me and one of my best friends have alays had this argument. We have for many years and probably will have it for many more years to come.You see both me and him for years have gone to Clubs and Bars and danced, partied , and met women at these places.
Needless to say I am married now so this activity is no longer a part of my Life. But my good friend still goes to Bars and he seems to enjoy it.
Are beef between each other is this : I have said that you can meet decent people at Bars and Clubs while he has always maintained that you cant. He said the few serious relationships he was in(where he met the women at a Bar ) the topic of where they met was always brought up in a negative way. Like when they were fighting she or he would say , “well look where I met you etc..etc.. “, And he also said many of the women he met were NOT the type he would bring home to meet his Mother.
For me the opposite was true. I had a few serious relationships with women I met at bars and they were always quality relationships. It didn’t work out between us but we remained good friends up to this day. And they all met my Mom.
My conclusion is this. If you are going to Bars and Clubs and you are a pretty decent person yourself then why cant other decent people be present at Bars themselves ?? It goes both ways.
Although I would NOT say that meeting potential love interests at Bars is the end all be all best way to meet people, please don’t necessarily rule it out as a lame brain notion !!
The fact of the matter is you will find good and bad people at Church, Bars, Neighborhood gatherings, school functions, through friends, etc..etc..
Life is not always black and white and always be open minded to meeting different people in different scenarios !!
